I’m a well-being entrepreneur – a NASM certified personal trainer and group fitness coach, a wellness advisor, speaker, podcast host and sports reporter. My journey in the fitness and performance world began as a Division I track and field athlete at Villanova, where I graduated from in 2019 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a minor in Business with a Marketing concentration. I found tremendous self-confidence through becoming an athlete in college. I was always the new kid growing up, having moved 6 times – it made me shy in school even though I was a character at home, raised on Adam Sandler and Will Ferrell movies. Sport gave me belief in myself through discipline, commitment and teamwork. I believe movement, performance and the right mindset can change people’s lives. This passion has led me to create a podcast called All Well, focused on the intersection of well-being and sport, where I interview athletes and fitness professionals one-on-one. After college, I signed with Wilhelmina Models in Miami and moved down in early 2021, where I worked as a consultant as well. Modeling and being on-camera has developed a new type of confidence and allowed me to build on the characteristics that sport gave me. When I’m not training or working on my brand, I love to cook, read, write and watch all types of sports – and you most definitely can find me at the nearest outdoor farmers market, and at night, a good sunset-viewing spot is my favorite. I hope All well as a whole can empower others to take control of their well-being, to find ways to push themselves in the pursuit of full-potential, and to ultimately make wellness accessible to all.
